Apple Pie Ribs
Fall-off-the-bone ribs that are as sweet as apple pie!
Ingredient

St. Louis Spare Ribs
2 slabs
Apple Rub
1/2 cup
Butter
1 stick
Apple Butter
1 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup
Apple Cider
1 cup
Apple BBQ Sauce
2 cups
- Prepare pellet smoker with Apple Pellets at 250 degrees
- Trim and remove membrane from ribs
- Lightly spray ribs with Apple Cider Vinegar
- Rest ribs for 15 minutes
- Apply Apple rub to all sides of ribs
- Rest for 15 minutes
- Place ribs in smoker for 3 hours
- Spray ribs with Apple Cider every hour
- Remove ribs from smoker and prepare for wrapping
- Brush meat side of ribs with Apple Butter,
place four 1 Tbsp. pats of butter on bone side of ribs,
spray bone side with Apple Cider
- Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and return to smoker meat side down
- Smoke ribs for 2 hours
- Remove ribs from aluminum foil wrapping
- Add more Apple Rub to ribs and brush meat side with Apple BBQ Sauce
- Return to smoker for 1 hour
- Remove ribs from smoker and serve

- Brush meat side of ribs with Apple Butter,
place four 1 Tbsp. pats of butter on bone side of ribs,
spray bone side with Apple Cider - Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and return to smoker meat side down
- Smoke ribs for 2 hours
- Remove ribs from aluminum foil wrapping
- Add more Apple Rub to ribs and brush meat side with Apple BBQ Sauce
- Return to smoker for 1 hour
- Remove ribs from smoker and serve
